Dragonette

Canadian synth-poppers Dragonette headed into London two years ago with some great tunes (Competition, I Get Around, Take It Like A Man etc), cool attitude and fun live set. But something went wrong. Their record label Mercury just didn’t seem to know what to do with them (much like what happened with Ting-Tings, Mr Hudson, Noisettes). So the lovely Dan & Martina parted company with Mercury.

And now they’re back. Or at least they will be soon. Bye bye major, hello great new tunes! And we persuaded them to let us give you a sneak peak. Click to listen:
