Misspelt ink Monday

Written by: admin

Hayden Panettiere has a tattoo that runs down the left side of her back. She likes to show it off whenever possible. It reads “Vivere senza rimipianti”, an Italian phrase that is loosely translated to “Live without regrets”.

Ironically, the word “regrets” is spelt wrong. The Italian verb for regret is “rimpianto”, which becomes “rimpianti” when made plural. The extra “i” in Hayden’s tattoo makes the phrase defunct, and some might say, regretful.
