Baboon V Badger: Yacht Rocking Beats

Luke and Jambo from Yacht Rocking Beats (djs for bugged out) gave us a few minutes of their time at Secret Garden Party this year. Here are their words of wisdom:

 

Q: Favourite swear word?

A:  I love the word fuck, it’s a great descriptive word and it has such meaning. You can say it in passing, or you can say it with conviction. 

Mine’s balls, but I don’t think you can class it as a swear word. 

Q: Fave kind of pasta?

A:  I quite like gniocchi – I quite like the fact that it’s almost like potato but it’s pasta

 

Q: What would you call your cat?

A: Charlie.

Wait, can I change mine to Dave? 

 

Q: Favourite ABBA tune?

A: What’s that one that Madonna sampled? Voulez-vous. 

 

Q: Who would win in a fight between a baboon and a badger?

A: A badger.

Depends. There’s  the common European Badger and there’s the Honey badger. The honey badger is smaller that the common badger, but they’ve got more teeth and a more aggressive nature. But it would be a baboon, a baboon could kill pretty much any creature it set it’s eyes on. It could tear a man’s arm off.

Have you ever felt a badger? It’s made like concrete.
