He’s only been dead a day and yet the Mirror’s subs have cut his mediocre obit with shit. When using an official statement from the BBC describing its former presenter as having “a real sense of energy and warmth” about him, don’t put a hyperlink to a Government ad about fitting cavity wall insulation on the word ‘energy’.
