Happy Birthday, George Michael!
Written by: admin
George Michael might well be the world’s greatest living pop star. Aside from all the salacious scandal, the constant weed-smoking and the wanking-in-bogs jokes (all of which make him incredible) he has also been responsible for some of the finest hits of all time.
His career is positively littered with pop gems and -- unlike so many of his contemporaries -- he actually continues to make fairly decent music. So, to celebrate the big man’s birthday, we’ve got a couple of the best for you along with some of our favourite Georgie stories.
Wham! -- Young Guns (Go For It)
George Michael used to have had a Labrador, Hippy. According to George, Hippy was gay. Sadly he died of a stroke.
Wham! -- Careless Whisper
One of George Michael’s conquests from Wham! days tells us George has a knob like a mushroom -- “big head, skinny stalk.”
George Michael -- Fast Love
George Michael was a huge fan of Little Britain. He got into Matt Lucas and David Walliams through their earlier Rock Profile series and he used to ring Geri Halliwell up and laugh at her whenever she got the piss taken out of her on the show. He said Geri was upset by this at first, but was re-assured by George telling her “You really are like that, dear.”
