Mohammad Sidique Khan, the mastermind of the 7/7 attacks, and Germaine Lindsay, the suicide bomber who killed 26 people on a Piccadilly Line train, pretended to be characters from the A-Team before the attack.
One of them was BA Baracas, the other Faceman. Except they obviously both wanted to be Mr T and spent ages arguing about it. Here are some of their texts to each other:
Mohammad Sidique Khan, 4 July 2005, to Germaine Lindsay:
“Face you mutha fucker il rearange ya face if ya stab me wiv dat needle cos i said i aint getting on no plain fool.”
Lindsay’s reply a few minutes later:
“Fuck u bitch, dats my line, il stab u wid a fucking needle jus 4 da fun of it. And 2hear u scream like a blatch!!! Now lets get dis right. I aint getting on no plain! fool!”
And then the day before the bombings – Khan to Lindsay, again:
“Yo BA big nackers you on dat plane or wat. fool.”
Lindsay’s reply:
“I ain’t getting on no plane fool.”
