Since 1990 all the governments & politicians we have elected have been too busy chasing money, directorships, & clunge around to worry about what might be best for the long term future of the country. All that has mattered to these fuckers is what policy can keep them personally in power and on the gravy train for as long as possible, not what might give this country a stable, long term economic future.
So now we are all looking into the abyss and no one can think of anything to say.
